Investıgation of the Antimicrobial Effects of Some Medicinal Plants Growing in Kırıkkale

Amaç: Bitkiler, kimyasal bileşiklerin doğal üreticileri olup birçoğu sağlığımızı korumak ve hastalıklarla savaşmak için kullanılıp, gıda veya bitkisel ilaçlar olarak pazarlanmaktadır. Çalışmamızda, Kırıkkale ilinde yetiştirilen 3 tıbbi bitki türünden Nigellla sativa (çörek otu), Cuminum cuminum (kimyon) Pimpinella anisum (anason)’un maserasyon soxlet yöntemleri kullanılarak polariteleri farklı olan çözücü ile elde edilen 18 özütünün iki Gram pozitif, negatif bir maya türüne karşı disk difüzyon yöntemi antimikrobiyal etkisi araştırılması amaçlandı.Gereç Yöntemler: Kurutulan örneklerinden, soksalet hekzan, diklorometan metanol gibi polaritelere sahip organik çözücüler özütleri edilerek difüzyon etkileri saptandı. Test gruplar arasındaki farklar, tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA) sonrası α=0.05 seviyesinde Tukey testi belirlendi.Bulgular: Üç özütünün, 11 tanesinin Gram-pozitif Gram-negatif bakteri türlerine antibakteriyel etki gösterdikleri C. albicans’a gözlenmemiştir. Bitkiler içinde Nigella sativa’nın otu) S. aureus’a en yüksek etkiye olduğu tesbit edildi.Sonuç: coğrafyasında bitkilerden yöntem hazırlanan özütlerinin aktiviteye belirlendi. Bu bitkiler sentezlenecek kemoterapötiklere kaynak olabilir.
